Spacious and modern, this apartment offers a great location near shopping and restaurants. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, though the beds were a bit firm for my liking. It's a comfortable spot with good facilities and easy parking-perfect for a weekend getaway!

The location was great, just a short stroll away from Chadstone. My room included a lounge, its own balcony and a chair. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, roll in showers worked well...

It was truly a very special stay of 6 nights, the hotel met needs. The staff members were all lovely friendly and amicable. The venue's position was particularly good and magnificent, near shops and train station, shopping centres and trucks take to get on to-and-from the nearby freeway. Thanks a lot, I appreciated my stay.

I stayed here for a quick getaway to explore local attractions and shopping for a few days. The location was fantastic, just a stone’s throw from Chadstone shopping centre, along with some good restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. My room was not only modern and clean but also had handy amenities like plates and cutlery. Plus, I loved having a washer and dryer in the bathroom, and the soundproofing kept things nice and quiet!
I recommend this hotel.

I did notice a slight drawback with the Wi-Fi speed, which was occasionally slower than I expected.

The bathroom had a hole in the wall, and the balcony was filthy, covered in dust and a strange smell. It looked totally neglected; definitely not worth the stay. Never again!

I had a pretty good stay! The location was super convenient, close to public transport and Monash Children's Hospital, which was a huge plus for me. The rooms were modern and spacious, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I loved the overall vibe of the place-it feels relaxed and comfortable!
There were a few letdowns. The parking felt insecure since it was shared with an apartment block, and there were cleanliness issues in my room. I found some hair on the carpet and a blocked shower drain, which was frustrating. A few things like the TV connection also gave me trouble, but overall, it wasn’t a total disaster!

We recently stayed at oros hotel and apartments and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect for us as it was easy to access the m1 and m3 highways while remaining distant from heavy traffic. our corner room was spacious, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made it feel like a cozy home. we loved the amenities, such as the comfortable bed and the convenience of having a washer and dryer. the balcony added a nice touch for relaxing after our long journey.
No major complaints, but parking was limited. 🚗.

review: The location is excellent, just a short distance from Chadstone shopping center, which made it convenient for dining options. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, although I did notice some dust and minor maintenance issues. Friendly staff made the stay pleasant overall, though some appliances could use an upgrade. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2024-03-15}

Right, me room was modern and clean, and blimey, that bathroom was top-notch! The only bummer was the dodgy internet. But overall, I had a right good time, just a short stroll to all the shops too!

Like it or leave it? Here's my verdict
The room was very comfortable and spacious. A wonderful touch was the balcony, providing an excellent space to unwind after a day of exploring!
The customer service was disappointing, with rude management and unresolved issues . Unfortunately, the appliances were problematic, which detracted from the experience.
